Your use of the website and/or any purchase of consulting or advisory services from us is governed by the following Terms and Conditions:

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of your use of our website or consulting engagement shall be subject to the laws of India.

Liability

We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, or due to the Cardholder exceeding preset limits mutually agreed with our acquiring bank.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

CRX360 Labs provides consulting and advisory services. Our engagements are typically scoped and agreed upon in advance. Accordingly, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellations are permitted only if requested before the commencement of a consulting engagement or project. Once work has started, cancellations are generally not accepted.
  • If you have pre-paid for services and cancel prior to project initiation, a full or partial refund may be provided at our discretion, after deduction of any preparatory costs already incurred.
  • Refund requests related to dissatisfaction with delivered consulting services must be raised within two weeks of delivery. CRX360 Labs will review the request and, if approved, issue a refund or provide corrective services.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 4 weeks business days.

Service Delivery Policy

Consulting deliverables and services are delivered electronically via email, online collaboration tools, or virtual sessions, as agreed at the time of contract. For on-site engagements, timelines and travel arrangements will be specified in the agreement. CRX360 Labs is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., client dependencies, force majeure).
